Frame Scaffold Components
Walk Through Frame
Walkthrough frame is designed to help prevent stacked frames from sliding, it is heavy-duty and made with high-carbon steel so that they do not easily bend if dropped or if something runs into them.
Walthrought Frame allows a person to pass underneath unobstructed.
This allows greater freedom of movement along a work surface.
Coupling pin
Coupling pins are used to connect scaffolding frames together vertically. The pins fit on the inside of the frame and are used in conjunction with span pins, toggle pins, and clips to hold them in place.
Frame bay braces
scaffolding frame bay braces are used for the lateral bracing frame scaffolding.Bay braces can also be used as obtuse angle mid rail and top pr hand rails in conjunction with our stair system.Were made of high strength structural steel with hot dip galvanizing finish.
Mason Frame/Step Frame
Mason Frame/Step Frame is the most common type of scaffold used by contractors of all types. It is manufactured with high-strength steel tubingIt’s easy to set up and dismantle and allows you to get to the height you need fairly quickly.
Toggle Pin
Scaffolding Toggle Pin is essential to locking scaffold frames and accessories together. Frames, posts, casters and any other attachable accessory is designed to be locked together via scaffolding toggle pins or spring clips.
Caster wheel
Caster wheel that fits into the bottom of scaffolding frame legs. The wheel has a hole in the stem for a pin to lock it to the frame. When the lock is engaged, it keeps the wheel from rolling and also from swiveling. Fit’s all major scaffolding frame styles.
