Our all prducts are fully tested before despatch, and we have  traceability system. Please contact our after-service team once  you have any product problem with some photos and videos to help us analyze them. We can make new ones to replace or reasonable compensation on both agreement.

T/T and L/C, others are negotiable.

Normally we accept one full container, but for special products we are happy to communicate with customer about order quantity.

Yes, we can make permanent logo or sticker on products as the requirement from the customer.

UTM company always figures out a schedule that meets the customer needs once the order is confirmed. And all production plan will be worked out as schedule.
